It's the end of the Swim lessons and the students and the instructor celebrate.

What a great way to celebrate a the hard work and dedication of the students. The park administration opened up the water spray area for the children. Judge for yourself. They had lots and lots of fun spraying, chasing and being drenched by the buckets.
