| We've found out that Jaymee is not a finch, she is a House Sparrow instead. She is bigger than a finch. How did I finally pegged her specie? I kept going to the pet store in search for a companion bird for her, not necessarily a mate, just a roommate. While talking to the pet store guy, he cleared the confusion for me. This in term points out that Jaymee the sparrow might not get along with a finch although they are related. Go figure, cousins that might have problems. It shows you that even in nature, relationships might not work at all. At least I got a a nice tip about the kind of toy I could get her, a bell. I ended up using an old Christmas jingle bell which I attached to the cord for the blinds in the balcony. She loves the bell which always alerts me when she is playing with it. She's a lot of fun to watch her hence the short video I captured here. | ||
