It was the end of work day on Wednesday, I was on my way to the car and something made me turn around and check the parking lot. There was unsual bird calls as in agitation. I saw a bundle by one of the back doors and at first I thought it might be a bundle of leaves or trash. I went to check it out anyway after securing my purse in the car. I approached slowly hoping for a little bird. It was. There were two of them but the second one was already dead. I prayed the little thing will survive the night and join the family. I was so happy when I saw that little thing on the parking lot next to a door where the nest above was chirping with the other chicks. Jamie was a bit agitated when she heard the chirping but I know it was out of excitement and curiousity.

Jamie's companion is doing great. Thanks. She/he eats every 20 to 40 minutes around the clock until we go to bed and then we place her in a dark area to sleep. Jamie is getting used to her presence, wish both of them luck getting used to each other!
